"We take in unwanted animals, or animals that can no longer stay with their owners. We will ask you sign a form that will legally turn the animal over to us. If you find an animal that we deal with please call us to arrange for us to take it in. We work closely with 911, the fire departments, Zoo etc. We are recommended by the zoo and many other organizations. We specialize in natural rehab as much as possible, if they need to see a vet we bring them to specialists whom deal with these animals.
There is no fee to take in animals! If possible all supplies, info, lights etc would greatly help the animal adjust. We are more than happy to take all donations"

Resource For Iguana Care and Adoption
Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, RICA is an OUTSTANDING iguana rescue mission with a very similar mission and operation as us here at Raptor Rescue. Kathy is the President and she is VERY knowledgeable about iguanas and someone I consider to me a mentor in this field. She always has iguanas needing new homes for adoption and could use some support or may even be able to coordinate a surrender if you can arrange for transportation.
