The Indoor Area:
All of the iguanas reside together in their own room which is dedicated to them and has been"lizard proofed" to remove any hazards. All healthy lizards are free to roam within the room, and are provided with tanks without lids and several tall structures with screen on the sides for climbing. The arrangement of the room is ever-changing as new iggys arrive and we make room for the supplies that come with them. There are numerous sun-simulating lamps mounted to shine down on the iguanas' favorite basking areas.

Raptor Rescue's Large Outdoor Terrarium
Dimensions: 6' x 6' x 8'
The outdoor terrarium is full of branches for iggys to climb on. The entire terrarium was constructed from premium materials as recommended by Patricia and R.D. Bartlett in "The Iguana Handbook" supposed to be safe for iggys' claws. The entirely screened in enclosure prevents large bugs and other creatures from entering the enclosure. Approx half of the terrarium is covered overhead by shade from a large oak tree, while the other half is exposed to direct sunlight so the iggys can control their temperatures as needed. This terrarium is big enough to house 10 iguanas comfortably at any given time.
